Run for the Cure.
As in previous years, LANCR executive and association members will be running (and walking) on Sunday, October 3rd. Our local team captain is Laura May, LANCR councillor-at-large.
2010 is the 7th year for the annual Librarians team and the Ottawa/Gatineau team is turning 4 this year. We’re proud to be part of the largest, single day, volunteer-led fundraising event for breast cancer, and we’re hoping to be the biggest “Librarians” team in Canada again!

You can register now and choose to pay the registration fee later. If you raise $150 in donations, the $40 registration fee is waived. All library staff and library supporters are welcome to join the team.
